Orders & Shipping
1. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 5-7 working days. Delivery time can vary by location, product availability and serviceability. For some standard deliveries, the total timeline may be 6-12 days including processing and transit.
2. Do you offer express delivery?
Express delivery may be available for selected in-stock products and locations. When available, express orders are usually delivered within 5 days or less.
3. What happens after I place an order?
Once your order is placed, we process and pack your items, share delivery updates where available, and ship them through our delivery partners. Processing time for in-stock items is usually 1-3 days.
4. What if my delivery is delayed?
We do our best to meet the promised delivery timeline. Delivery may be affected by location, strikes, natural calamities, public health issues or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
1. What is the return window?
Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery for eligible non-customized products. Customized products are not eligible for return.
2. Which products can be returned?
Eligible return reasons include damaged product, manufacturing defect, incomplete product or product dissatisfaction for non-customized items. Return eligibility is subject to verification.
3. How do I return an item?
Log in to your account, go to My Orders, select RETURN, choose the return reason, upload photos if needed and submit the request. You will receive a return ID after submission.
4. When will I receive my refund?
After the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes verification, the refund is initiated within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation once the refund is processed.
